Overview
Grupo ACS, historically known as a construction firm and as the owner of Turner Construction, has recently shifted to developing its own data centers in the U.S., Spain, Chile, and Australia.
In April 2025 they announced their plans to develop a 107-acre, five-building campus with a substation near Hicks Field Rd.
A phased development, they hope to have Phase 1 to be operational by Q4 2031 with Phase 2 following in 2034.
