HMC Capital has submitted plans to develop a large-scale data center in Monterey Park, Los Angeles County, California. The project, located at 1977 Saturn Street, will involve demolishing existing vacant commercial structures to construct a 218,400-square-foot, single-story facility with an on-site electrical substation. The proposed data center will feature 14 backup diesel generators, each with a capacity of 4MW, pointing to a potential power capacity of 56MW.
