In this edition, we present Tale of Two Cities: Australia’s Secondary Data Centre Markets – Melbourne and Canberra. Conversations on Australia’s data centre market have largely surrounded Sydney. However, the markets of Melbourne and Canberra are not to be missed – the two markets have observed impressive growth in recent years, with five-year CAGRs till 2022 reaching 27% and 16% for Melbourne and Canberra respectively.
