Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, center3 was launched in October 2022 and is backed by Saudi Telecom Company (STC). center3 now operates most of STC's data centres in Saudi Arabia taking over their New Era Infrastructure Data Centre facilities.

center3 benefits greatly from STC's ownership of connectivity services especially when it comes to submarine cables. Their vision is to create a local fabric that will foster further developments and will help center3 achieve their goal of building a digital hub in region.

Aside from their projects in Saudi Arabia, center3 through STC are looking to expand their presence in the region by developing facilities in Bahrain and Kuwait. This reflects the company's intentions of becoming one of the main players in the Middle East.
