Overview

Khazna is a Dubai-based company operating data centres in the UAE with plans to expand in North African region. It was founded in 2012 and is now one of the leading operators in the Middle East.

In June 2022, e& (Etisalat's telecommunications services) and G42 a technology holding company based in Abu Dhabi merged with the objective of making Khazna the leading data centre operator in the country. The majority of shares is held by G42 (60%) with e& owning 40% of the company. This merger signed a turn in Khazna's development with the company now managing Etisalat's colocation facilities.

The company now operates large campuses across the UAE, offering a wide range of services for both governmental and hyperscale tenants. Khazna continues to expand in the UAE alongside main competitors Gulf Data Hub.
