Overview

In 2021 April, Russian Direct Investment Fund together with JSC ER-Telecom Holding and Talos Fund I LP announced a joint investment to purchase 100% of stake in Svyaz VSD LLC - Russian subsidiary of Linx Telecommunications Holding B.V. The acquisition includes LinxCloud platform and two Russian data centres.

In the next few years, the plan is to significantly expand the capacity of existing data centres as well as to build additional capacity.

The company also had a data centre in Warsaw, Poland. However, in 2018 Q4, the facility were acquired by EdgeConneX and renamed to EDCWAW01.
