Overview
Announced in Q4 2022 with their groundbreaking ceremony, Riot introduced plans for a 1GW development to expand its Bitcoin mining and hosting capabilities in Navarro, Texas with its new Corsicana Facility.
Development on the 265-acre site is underway with the initial 400 megawatts of capacity.
The substation was energized in April 2024 and mining operations have begun.
