Northpoint has proposed a 15 building data center campus in Hazle Township's Humboldy North Industrial Park. Northpoint's campus would span 1,283 acres and consist of fifteen buildings. The first five would begin development in Q4 2026, the next three in Q1 2028, and the final seven in Q2 2029.
