January 2025, Crescendo Corporation wholly owned subsidiary Panoramic Industrial Development Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Microsoft Payments (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for 9.12 hectares of land.
The land is located in the Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park and the deal is targeted to be completed by Q2 2027. The exact location of the site is currently undisclosed.
