The 75-acre site plans for a facility designed to support AI and high-density computing, incorporating immersive cooling and high-density racks.
The data center will be powered by an on-site natural gas-fired power plant through a ten-year agreement with Energy Transfer LP, securing up to 450,000 MMBtu of natural gas per day.
Construction is expected to begin in Q2 2025, provided permitting approvals, with the first phase operational by Q3 2026. While further phase details have yet to be shared CloudBurst plans to expand the site up to a capacity of 1.2GW.
The facility will also include a Next-Gen SuperLab™ for research and testing. CloudBurst plans to integrate a 20-30MW on-site solar farm and additional distributed solar farms in Central Texas to work toward Net-Zero operations.
